LP Steam / Glycol heated still. The column is hybrid and you can install the included bubble plates. The plates and bubblers are made of copper. It has three plates. If you want to run in pot still mode, these can be removed. Between each plate is a CIP ball ready to be used with your CIP cleaning system. I don’t have one so I just plumbed it up to a water line with a cutoff – it makes for a quick easy rinse down. There is a coil reflux condenser at the top of the head. The still comes with a stainless steel shotgun condenser and a pneumatic agitator. All gaskets and seals work flawlessly, and I’ll throw in an extra set. This is a great still and a perfect size for a small / medium sized distillery. For an additional cost, I can convert this still for electric elements, if desired.
