Fair to good condition with broken front hinge and back hinge, water damage to pastedowns and front and back flyleaf pages. Missing most of the brass locking mechanism. A couple of rubthrough spots top of the spine. Discoloration, spotting and minor moisture damage to back boards. Still, very scarce due to the age. 2 inches of water staining on the page edges throughout the book only extends 2mm into the pages edges. Broken front hinge, missing most of the brass locking apparatus, minor damp staining – quarter sized stain to the bottom front gutter area of the pastedown and the first flyleaf page.
