The negative for this image has been processed at very high resolution on a drum scanner. The process is both time-consuming and expensive but the results are worth it. The finished photos of this classic 1960s nude are clear, bright, & sharp, unlike the fuzzy photos other sellers offer. The bottom line is, if you are a quality fanatic, drum scanning delivers that extra level of quality in your images. Drum scans are sharper because of both the Photo Multiplier Tubes (PMTs) they employ and the lighting method. Drum scans also carry more detail of both highlights and shadows.
