SILVEIRA operated a jewelry store at the locale on Jackson St. There was also a massage parlor upstairs run by her as well. A highly illustrious woman of her day operating these two businesses. This is a historical treasure that needs to find its home on a movement. It looks as though 2/3 feet of the dial are intact. Please see the photos for details. Im not a watch expert. Place this watch on a nice movement and case and multiply the value several times. This particular dial hails from an old watch dealer long ago named Robert Soares. Silveira from one of her descendants in the San Francisco area in the 1980s. 1925-S California Commemorative Half Dollar 90% Silver (PCGS MS-62). The obverse features a Gold Rush prospector panning for gold. The reverse showcases a grizzly bear, the state animal. The half dollar is 90% silver / 10% copper and weighs 12.5 grams. Only 86,394 of these were struck at the San Francisco mint (mint mark is on the reverse). The coin has been professionally graded by PCGS and received a grade of MS-62. This is one of the older green label coin holders – and is not a rattler. Its a beautiful coin with some nice luster.
