A vintage perhaps 1950’s or 1960’s watercolor painting of Mission Dolores, in San Francisco, signed illegibly at lower right. The work, 9 by 12″ (15″ by 18 in a quality Jerry Solomon distressed-style frame) is beautifully executed by a trained artist. The name “Helmuth Wagner” has been suggested but perhaps we are mis-reading the signature. There are minor paper digs at top above the roof and at lower left, showing as lighter areas.
