This book is from my extensive American history library in my smoke free home. Please check the photographs carefully for possibly any details I might have missed. The story that goes along with this book is that 1200 copies of the 2000 published were destroyed on April 18, 1906 in the San Francisco earthquake. The Epilogue on page 227.
