This is a solid sand cast brass buckle with a raised image, from the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-1/2″ x 3-1/8″, fits a 1-1/2 wide belt and weighs about 4.4 oz.

Old meter cover that was in service for decades. Hefty hunk of cast iron: over 5 pounds. Bottom embossed with United States Patent Office number: 2,619,837 (indicates patent issued in the year 1953).
