Subjects include the Ferry Building and Bay, Market Street, Chinatown, the Water Front, the Post Office, the Fairmont Hotel, the U. Mint, the Presidio, Golden Gate Park, and other famous locales in San Francisco and vicinity. Charming antique book of 24 full-page engraved color illustrations of San Francisco scenes, measuring 8 x 5 1/4 and including several pages of descriptive text. Published by Newman Post Card Co. Staple bound, still holding firm. Nothing loose or detached. Text also references with pride the city has made since the great earthquake of 1906. Covers toned with a few small marks and stains as shown in photos. Pages lightly toned with very infrequent light spotting in margins only. Color illustrations very fine.
