Books is flawless and unmarked except for a lovely former owner bookplate affixed to front pastedown indicating the book belonged to Roger K. Larson was a doctor, author, and avid book collector who had an extensive collection of Americana. Informational material about the book laid in housed in a paper portfolio that mirrors the binding in design. Rubbing to upper and lower spine edges and lower edge of front board. There’s a vintage former owner book plate (“Barry Whitehead”) to front pastedown and heavy age-toning to the front and rear endpapers and a small spot to 3 pages, including the colophon, otherwise pages are excellent.
